This talk will feature participants from Hirosaki Exchange #04 who have worked on the magazine “Tsugaru Gaku.” In addition to discussing the Hirosaki Encounters exhibition, they will look back on their magazine’s history, from the first issue in 2005 to the present, examining the features and characteristics endemic to the Tsugaru region.
